Just understand...Coleman doesn't build it. They license the Coleman name to some company who builds and puts the Coleman name on it.

I had a 2003 Trailblazer I6 and towed the X20E in my sig.

That Coleman is not as light as you think. It has a 7,600# GVWR. Way too much for that Envoy. Even if you don't pack it to that weight, it'll still be over 5k# when ready to camp. The other issue is payload. The roof on the Envoy XUV is heavy and eats up the already low payload of around 1100# or 1200#. If you have more than 2 people and/or like to carry a lot of stuff you may not have enough available payload. And in the hills of TN? Not going to be fun. I think you'll be looking at 1/2 ton PUs next year.

If you really like the GMT 360/370 platform look for one with a 5.3 v8 and 3:73 gearing.

We have a Jayco 19RD (2015) and it has a similar floor plan. Most of the time there are two of us and our dog. Occasional there are 3 or 4 and it has worked out OK. Most of our time camping is spent outdoors anyway. Usually my husband is cooking meat over the campfire while I make the side dishes inside. One thing that is different from the one you are looking at is that when our couch flattens into a bed, the arms of the couch come off so the bed is bigger. I should mention that our kids are adults now and they were still comfortable with one on the couch bed and one on the dining bed. When there are just 3 of us the third person uses the couch bed. I LOVE the windows in mine -- one of the reasons we bought it!

What is really nice about that unit is how light and bright things are back in the dinette and sofa area. Many of the back-in campsites we visit have nice views that work well for a rear-living unit with big windows like that.

If there will be more than 1 of you camping, the space is very tight. You'll quickly get tired of tripping over each other.

It is similar to all value priced trailers. Some are good, some are not. Depends on those who put it together.
