I am new to this forum and is in the process of buying one of two campers, that are located in a camp ground at Cape Cod.
One is a Four Winds with an extra room attached and the other is a Woodlands Camp Model. I was wondering which forum I would ask my questions in.
Thank You
Barry

We were looking at a couple of trailers in a rv park on Cape Cod, these trailers stay in place. This one trailer is a 2009 Woodland Park Model.
IT has a Brand new Sunsetter automatic awning 10x20 with ultra violet restricting fabric.
A new full size outdoor shower with vinyl fence and dressing area with hangers. Storage area behind shower.
A Brand new Rubbermaid 7x7 shed with wooden platform.

One bedroom, bathroom with shower and standard toilet. There is an upstairs loft and a large deck outside.
It also has a deck , a nicely groomed landscape.
We went in it and checked it out, but donโ€™t know if it is too much camper for us.
We live 2.5 hours away, will come down probably for two full weeks in summer, and a handful of 2-3 days at a time
The park is seasonal, so only open 6 months.
They want $58,000 for it, whichโ€™s seems too much to me, esp. since we wonโ€™t be spending all summer down there
Any suggestions, we are also looking at a 2003 four winds Dutchman with a screened room addition for $12,000.
Is there any website I can go on to figure out if the Woodland Park is overpriced?
Thanks
Barry

On the four winds, it is in good shape, but it has a room addition on it, that probably gonna need some work, I noticed under the carpet, in the front, the floor (wood) was wet.
Are these rooms easy to work on?

I don't know anything about the two trailers you listed but I believe you have chosen the best forum to ask your question. Welcome to the forum and I hope you get the info you need.
