Gutter Spout Reattachment

I have uncovered my Skyline Koala and one of the gutter spouts had come off of the camper. After inspecting the area it came off it just looks like it came off and needs to be reattached (nothing looks broken). It is not a clip on in any way and needs to be reattached. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type of adhesive/sealant that can be used without causing potential damage to the side of my camper.

Sorry if this is a repost in some form. Any input is appreciated. I have already been "suggested" everything from silicon to various products but nothing from people that have actual campers. I figure if anyone would know it would be people here.

Thank you!

I used painters tape to hold the spout in position, running from the far end of the spout to the trailer roof. I have a tube of Dicor sealant, not the self levelling type, I use for exterior projects. Just a couple thin applications, using a popsicle stick.
