Help what tongue weight F150

I have a 2014 F150 ford 4-4.
With stock tow package.

Any ball park figures on what I can safely tow
weight wise
.
Getting ready to shop for another TT.
Is there a vehicle I D # that I could use to answer
my question
Without the vehicle exact info. Is this enough info
to help me

I’d like a TT that will have opposeing slides

So if u know what model I should look at
That would be a tremendous help
