i just picked up a 77 prowler im putting it on my land with no power my 1st ? is can i use a battery to run the lights and water thanks for any help also how do you fire up the furnace

Look into solar power to help keep the batteries charged.

Check your roof for leaks. A small leak can do a lot of damage if not repaired quickly. Water intrusion will destroy a RV.

X2 on the two 6 volt GC batteries.

The furnace should fire up when you turn it on via the thermostat. Turn the propane tank on and light a burner on the stove to purge air from the line.

Yes you can run lights, water pump and furnace off of 12V. But, you will need a generator to keep the battery charged. Even a 1000 watt model will do. Best suggestion would be a pair of 6V golf cart batteries in series. Strongly recommend that you upgrade the Converter to a modern 3 stage type.
