Rock wood and Flagstaff Bunkhouse....Any input appreciated

I'm looking at used 2012 Rockwood and Flagstaff Travel trailers, which are almost identical in style and detail. The specific models are the 8311 Bunkhouse. Would appreciate any input on these, or similar units....good or bad.

About the only differences between Flagstaff and Rockwood RV's are decals and colors. They're built by the same company, with same quality, options, and accessories. Both have had good reviews.

When you're talking about 4 -5 year old units, there could be major differences, depending on how those units were maintained.
