Starcraft Leisurestar Series M-25CK

New Here and new to the RV world. I bought a 1994 StarCraft Leisurestar Series M-25CK and for the life of me I can not find any information on the Trailer tongue weight. Dry weight I have seen between 4090 and 4900 lbs. Any help would be great.

Owners manual is no help I have it, it says tongue weight is 9-12% of total trailer weight. I guess I'll have to take a trip to the scales.
