Looking for ideas on repairing front pop-out. See pic. I was thinking I could rebuild it with new foam/plywood and reuse frame. Any experience with this?? Any good sites to buy used parts? I've checked eBay.

I tried cycling on the heater about 6 times. I also closed off the propane and then left the stove burners on about the same but no luck. Am I missing something or just keep trying to purge the lines?
I should mention I'm looking for something cheap to live in for about a year due to a separation. But after that I don't want the rv to be worthless. But after researching it seems like old rv's (not well maintained) are worthless.
