My 2010 has been a good unit. Sure, I toured the factory and was horrified, but honestly...they're all put together with glue and staples. It's not rocket science and they all build the same way. So...jump in while the waters warm.

Love ours. Insulated the floor of the garage myself, then added an AC unit with heat strip option and never looked back. Works great for the kids and is plenty cool and warm for them. Heartland is a great company IMO.
