• Gasolineras offering dollar exchange 17.50 to 1
• Encountered 3 major diesel semi accidents on curves
• Truck head-ons, many deaths
• Both vados straddling Cataviña extremely rough dirt detours
• No sign of fuel outages at any gasolinera
• Further amplification - new station at state line definitely has UBA diesel. Followed empty tanker truck north for three miles after he dumped load
• Cataviña getting real ambulance and paramedics thanks to Desert Hawks service in El Rosario
