We Should Be Arriving At James Island In About 3 Hours. We Have A Fifth Wheel And Want To Avoid those Notorious Low Trees. What's THe Best Route To Take Once We Get Off 26?

Yes, we made it just in time to be chased inside by Tropical Storm Andrea. Need to find some inside activities to do in charleston for a few days

Hope you made it. If you follow the signs you may be in for a shock in a tall fiver. We nailed a limb (or it nailed us?) in a MH following GPS directions.
Suggest you find Folly road (hiway 171) and head south to Camp road on right. Turn right (west) on Camp Rd and follow it to Riverdale Rd and turn back north (right) the entrance to James Island Park is just up the street on the left.
