I-81 to I-64 to West Virginia State Fairgrounds

Any comments/suggestions/warnings re: 2 alternative routes to the West Virginia State Fairgrounds in Fairlea?

1) I-64 to Exit 169, then south on US 219 (through Lewisburg) to the Fairgrounds entrance on (one-way) Maplewood Avenue.

2) I-64 to Exit 175, then west on US 60 to County Hwy 451 (Holt Street), then left/south to US 219 (becomes Maplewood Ave).

#2 appears to involve less "city driving" through Lewisburg and Fairlea, but it may also involve some "lesser" streets!???

Take 1) Just take your time and you will be fine. Hundreds of RVs pass through there every year for the state fair.
