Still have plenty shiny yellow rocks to trade for beads, colorful blankets and English sausages.

Hey Grey Mountain, Colonel Frank Skimmerhorn was asking about you, so of course I gave him your current location. Hope that was ok. but be on the outlook for him, he is a bad dude.

We stayed at Riverbend a while ago. Good swimming in the river, fairly deep there, down a long set of steps by the campground.

Excellent dog park at the Qualicum airport. Go past that, right on Hollywood and right on Garden to the end

Nice walks: across Top Bridge, at Englishman River Falls across that foot bridge, and by the falls at Little Qualicum park too.

Oops! Read the Smoke Signals wrong. We are currently burning and pillaging Whidbey Island and will still launch our surprise dawn attack on Vancouver Island somewhere in the afternoon on Tuesday; however, we will not descend on Salmon Point until the 25th. Got lots of shiny yellow rocks to trade for stuff.

We stayed at Surfside on our first motorhome visit to the island. Beautiful place!
Due to a miscalculation, of course on my British Bride's part, we have a week to kill before raiding Salmon Point. Still coming across on the 16th. Gotta do some re-planning today.

I have never stayed there. Have heard that it's not bad, similar to Parry's if not a bit better. They seem to stay busy. I don't think you can go wrong there.
I spend 6 months at Surfside RV. No 50 amp. I have the old 99 year lease thing
here. Gives us a great home base. So. Cal. in the winter.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
