It's always fun to watch them, we're going out next week.

We have been to Prudhoe Bay 3 times. Every time we were able to see the Musk Oxen that hang out around Franklin Bluff. In 2013 we were able to drive out on the river bed for about a half mile and get to within a 100 feet of the herd. It was great.

Have also been to see them at Palmer and Fairbanks; twice at both places.

Don't miss a chance to see the Musk Oxen. There are not many left.

Fulltimers. No more grass to cut, no more leaves to rake, and can move if we don't like our neighbors.

Have driven or camped in 49 states. Have camped in all Provinces in Canada.

We certainly enjoyed the visit and tour of the Musk Ox farm in Palmer. Very interesting how they are combed for their fine textured wool, not sheered like sheep are.
