Traveling East Taking New Highway 30 Around Montreal

We will be coming from Ottawa and heard there is a new by-pass Highway 30 (A-30?) around Montreal....

What signage do I look for directing us to the Bridge and do you know what the toll will be? RV towing a car....

Sorry too. It's just that I find too many just come here looking for answers and never say thanks within a reasonable time. A lot of us goes out of there way to answer and some even do a research prior to responding.

I will be using that route next week.

As you travel down 417 Highway, watch for the travel information office at Rigaud Quebec. Stop there and they will give you a map with all the exits and information you need. Fairly large parking lot there.

Automobile tolls are $2.00. I paid $3.00 because I was driving a Roadtrek and they charge for height.

I can't remember exactly how much the toll will be it's around $6 for TV and TT. They take cash or credit card. It's worth it, avoid the highway 20 and the 40 it's can be a mess! As for signage it's fairly easy to follow, it either states 'Saleberry de Vallyfield or Sorel, take that exit.
