Looks like the units burned up were in storage. Read the article they use a TT for generations? Must be very well built.

With proper care a trailer can last for many years. Especially if not towed down the road all the time. My dad's trailer is a '77 Jayco that's still in pretty good shape.

Very sad to see this though.
