Corpus Christi, Edinburg

One of our daughters will be heading to CC for a 10 week internship starting in June followed by 10 more weeks in Edinburg starting in late August. Currently we are thinking about taking our 5th wheel for her to stay in because we haven't been able to find any reasonable short-term housing otherwise.

So we are looking for advice and options.
If we take our trailer we need something close and safe to Christus Spohn in CC.
In Edinburg she needs to be close to Doctors Hospital at Renaissance.

Campgrounds? Extended stay hotels? Someone with a room to rent you know and trust? Someone with a park model their 'niece' could use for a fee of course? She is not a party girl and takes care of things. She studies and goes to school.

So there's your challenge. Ideas and recommendations please. Thanks. Joe.

A lot a RV parks in that country but getting close to the hospital could be hard. Our son lived in Corpus and stationed at Kingsville as a Naval trailer officer. The Sheriff of Corpus Christi was a good friend of his and a very nice man. Might call his office and they could definitely help find a good place for a single lady. I would prefer the 5th wheel.

According to the GS RV Travel Guide there is a RV park called Orange Grove RV Park in Edinburg. Phone number is 956-383-7931; 4901 E State Highway 107.

You didn't give the address in Corpus and there are two Hospitals.
If you are bringing your 5th wheel there are two RV parks I would recommend
If on Elizabeth Street than I would suggest Hatch RV park and if the Hospital on Saratoga is where she will be studying than I would recommend Colonial Del Ray.
Can't help you with Edinburg because I've never been there.
