NWS Earle

I am From that part of NJ, and NWS Earle is a the only park that can accommodate my 38" Monaco. Things to do outside the park is not an issue as family and friends abound, and it is home.

However, how is the park? Any advice on camping there?

I wanted to stay at Sea Girt, but couldn't get any response from there. I suspect Hurricane Sandy may have a role in that.

Cannot wait to spend 2 weeks home on the Jersey Shore!!

We stayed there in 2011. Not a bad place to locate. The hardest part was getting hold of someone at the office. I think we were there for 2 days before we could find someone to pay. Not much to do on the base or at the campground. Here is my blog post with some pictures.

I liked your blog. The part about NJ drivers is actually par for the course...LOL Although, many south Jersey drivers are actually from the Philly area.

As a kid, I have been 'escorted' off the Army/Navy Road that runs from the base to the waterfront many a time. It is the best short cut. It will be nice to be able to use the road with a pass...lol

Many thanks!
