Thanks all. In the end, it seems Pocamoke State Park is still open and has some spots. Not ideal but close enough for us.

A bit farther to the North Delaware Seashore Park is open year round.
I believe,water is turned off in winter months

Shad Landing State Park is about 20 miles away and has electric only spots

I think Assateague National Park is open all year for camping.
No hookups or showers available.
