Did not camp there but did stop for dinner and cocktails.This was the end of May, 2013. The motif and design is fantastic and tho spendy, was well worth the time and money. The locale is beautiful and the entire thing fronts a lovely stretch of the Colorado. I will say that it was occupied by the "beautiful people and their high end boats along the marina, all of whom seemed friendly. The resort probably has wild weekends as it has an outdoor water park built into the rustic motif, complete with water slides and zip line. Biker rallies and other events take place here so it will be crowded.
