luggage compartment hinge molding - Southwind Storm

I had to take the cover off the molding (door hinge) that separates the luggage compartment from the rest of the body to replace the screws that hold the door hinge. That is done and I am ready to reinstall the cover except the clips are all rusted beyond use. I and sure it is the same rust that got the screws. Any ideas on where I can get new clips?
