Rebuilding a 1984 Triple E cheyenne II Class C

Hello,

2.5 years ago I bought this 1984 Triple E cheyenne II Class C for 800 CAD thinking that I only need to fix some water damage on the back corner and get my family a nice motorhome for cheap. Long story short (and most likely very common one) after I started removing the siding it was just one bad thing after another. At this point I rebuild about 75% of the frame, 30% of the floor, the entire roof, all the interior panels and a lot more.

My question now is, when I'm going to put back the new interior wall panels, should I glue them to the frame or staples will be enough?
