I have a 1992 Airstream trailer with Reese equalizer bars. I am looking for trunions for the equalizer bars as the knobs on the trunions are wearing down. I am looking for replacement trunions and hardware replacements for 1 ยผโ€ Reese weight distribution systems. The Reese part no. for the trunion is 58028 but this part has been discontinued. The trunion has the following numbers on it:
- 1000
- 2120 Y
If anyone knows where I can find these trunions I would appreciate it . LCP

Chris is correct. Before we bought a new 1977 Prowler I went used hitch shopping. Ended up at a place that was an Airstream dealer. He had several used set-ups and I bought the heaviest set-up he had. They were used on the Prowler thru 1988 when we bought a new Terry and continued on until 2003 when we went fiver. They have many, many miles on them and were always used to even the weight distribution. Up and down the East coast working on race cars. They would have to be down to about nothing before I looked to replace. They are still in our shed in Yuma, AZ.

I wore those down to football shaped- better than 400K miles on them- I wouldn't worry unless they wear down to the breaking point.
