What do you think you can sue them for? Fixing the trailer under warranty?? Another case of lets see if we can sue them for something!
My husband and I purchased last July a 2013 Winnebago Sunnybrook Raven, and have had a host of problems with the coach. It all began when we brought it home, and brought one of the three slides out, and the slide ripped the linoleum. Could not get it into the dealership until October. Just threw a few rugs down. Two weeks later, the electrical cord is shot, and melted into the coach: called Winnebago, and they told us to pay and replace it, and they would reimburse us. Did that.
Next issues were minor, but then in October, the furnace was a huge problem. The pilot light would go on, and then extinguish. At one time, the unit just "hummed" and my husband had to turn the power off for it to stop. Brought the coach in for furnace repairs in November, December, January, and February, where we told the service shop (not the dealer: they said nothing was wrong with it) where we told the shop,"Keep ii, play with it, and fix it" Yes it is under warranty, but it was more in the shop, than we used it. At the end of March the shop discovered electrical problems (remember the cord I mentioned?) and also discovered another factor either with the electrical panel or the furnace. We received the unit in May, and the last two times, it has worked very well.
Any input from the forum out there? Do we have a case against Winnebago. We live in California.
Thank you, and we love RVing!

Wonder if your SunnyBrook was made before Winnebago took over ownership.
Go to the Winnebago owners forum. See if anyone else is having an issue.
