Can anyone give my any info (first hand review) on this Fifth wheel? Looking at one and want some thoughts.

We had an 07 Outback Sidney (28') and it leaked like a sieve around the outdoor kitchen housing, letting water into the area under the indoor sink. The housing was a flimsy plastic pan stood on edge and the lower portion cracked in three places (I guess from travel stress).

Fiberglass is molded hard fiberglass one piece shell. Filon is a thin skin of fiberglass sheeting glued to a fiberboard material with rounded curve up to roof line. I believe the pre 2008 Keystones were filon.

What does the filon look like and how can I tell the difference between it and fiberglass?

If this model has the filon (non fiberglass) front cap, I would look very closely for signs of delamination of the cap due to leaks at front roof seam or marker lights. Of course you should look for any signs of water intrusion evrywhere. If it has been well maintained, probably a decent rig. If tires are over 4 years old, plan on replacing them and having bearings repacked and brakes checked/replaced as needed.
