2016 raptor lippert jacks stuck

I had to move my 5er out of the driveway today, I got it to the street, got the front jacks down to remove the TV.

After this the control panel for the jacks went down. Screen shows nothing.

Battery charged, also tried with generator running. I checked all the fuses on the breaker panel, and took the display cover off to assure the connection was good with the connector to the display screen.

I called camping world, they told me to read the owners manual about a manual over ride, but there's nothing there and lippert is closed. Ideally i would like to lower the 5er first thing in the AM to get back to camping world.(tech said he could squeeze me in first thing).

Unit it is 2 weeks old.
Has anyone done the manual over ride for this model? Or maybe a fuse I'm missing ?

Does the backlight still work on the display? On mine, the lcd module went bad but the buttons still functioned.

On your phone, look up the App "myLCI".. It's lipperts app about everything lippert. Lots of great information there. You'll probably find your answer there

A 30Amp Buss fuse somewhere behind the driver's side landing gear leg??

I checked the connection going to the controller, it was good.

My momentum also has a inline fuse up front in the generator compartment that runs the six point leveling system

Also, there is a plug on the back of the controller... Maybe loose?

There may be an overide switch. My 5ver has a switch in the basement that cuts the power to the jacks to prevent an unauthorized someone from operating them
