How much did you spend on the Allison to handle that?
Guy that is going to work on mine tranny this week said he is doing a 10K upgrade to a RAM 68RFE to handle a 800HP traget!

I see 12.5mpg towing on the flats and in the mountains but with over 550HP at the wheels I am using no throttle at all hence the good milage.

"kinda" Why quote dry pin weight? Do you know what your TV's rear axle weighs fully loaded? If not you should.
You know you are in Dually territory. Possibly a newer 3500 SRW?
If I ever upgrade trucks it won't be a 3500 anything. Maybe a 350 though...

So your pin never increased from the dry weight? According to Heartlands web site 2080lbs is the brochure dry weight.
