Allen Camper Reviews

Hi: I'm seriously considering purchasing an Allen Camper fifth wheel, specifically a 219RKS. I really like the light weight of the unit (500 lb dry hitch and 4000 lb uvw) since I plan to pull it with a Ram 1500 4X4.
I have not seen any negativity on the web concerning this unit.
Does any one have any experience with them?
Thanks!

Have not seen any around my area. A few people on the forum have purchased them, maybe they will chime in. The company has been in business since 1958.

Welcome to the forum! Although I have heard of them, I have no experience with them, and don't remember anyone on this forum saying they own one. A smaller family owned manufacturer, such as Allen, should have a good product. It appears they have been in business quite a while. The 219 looks like a nice floor plan, and a good match for your 1500. I notice the small FW tank, and smaller holding tanks, which is what I would not like, due to my camping without full hookups.

Hopefully an actual owner will respond, with more qualified information.
