Antifreeze leaked and the floor is damaged

We recently just purchased a Sportsmaster Classic 1996 5th Wheel. It is in awesome shape with one exception. The trap under the sink (I think that is what my husband said) wasn't tight and the anti-freeze leaked under the sink, tub, toilet etc. We are trying to figure out how best to repair this. My husband and sons are all "born handymen".

Are you just talking about discolored flooring or subfloor damage?

Can't imagine enough antifreeze could leak to do damage. Agree with others it had to have a prior water leak to do damage.

I'm wondering if the prior owner forgot to winterize and poured antifreeze in after the damage was done.

If there are =any= soft spots in the floor, then everything needs to come out, down to bare wood. Replace the rotten wood, then reinstall flooring and fixtures.

That amount of antifreeze shouldn't have caused any significant damage to the floor, unless that drain has been leaking a very long time. Sounds like you might have a leak somewhere else if the floor is really damaged.
