Basement Storage Doors

I have a 2001 Alpenlite that has a leaking storage door. Anyone know what type of rubber weather seal is used on these types of doors and possibly an online source/supplier?

Thanks! And...that's a good question! I am wondering if it is necessary to replace the seal with the exact size and shape assuming it is available. All rigs seem to have storage doors and use a rubber weather seal of some sorts.
