Bed "elevator" over garage

This is my first post here, and I thank you in advance for your help and input.
Here is my situation. I race dirt bikes offroad in Michigan. I am in need of the ability to camp / and haul the bike to the race. That need lead me to look a "toy hauler" type RVs. I am looking at used ones, because most of the areas it will be towed into, are very primitive. The trail heads are out in the woods, and the rig will take a beating.

One of the units I found is a Fleetwood, 26A Sport Utility trailer.

Finally here is my question. The bed over the "garage area" is a fixed unit. Making the ceiling hieght pretty low. Some of the newer rigs I've seen have some sort of an "elevator" system, that raises and lowers the bed. How hard would it be to retro fit that to an older trailer?

It's probably not hard but it's not cheap either. The primary company that makes these is HappiJac a division of Lippert. You can probably get a quote from your area RV dealer, I don't think you can buy directly from HappiJac though.
