Looking for a good body shop to repair a slide out floor. We are currently in Arkansas.

It really depends on which floor is bad. A bedroom slide might not have to be removed. I redid the floor in our bedroom slide without removing the slide. It's a bit inconvenient, but definitely do-able.

FYI to do it right in replacing the floor, slide will need to be removed and tipped on the floor so they can get to the that hold it in place. Not a real quick fix. I know-just had 3 done due to bad seals.

i'm sure there's a good RV repair place in your area, not a dealer but and independent, that's where I've had my best luck over the years.

I think you're looking for an RV repair shop. I don't think a body shop, which is a shop that works on car bodies, is going to be what you need.
