I love retractable straps. We've been using them for years. I hardly use the old fashioned ones anymore.

Those look pretty pricey though. I think you could get a set of four comparable straps for less than that.

Did you have a specific question or comment? Are you advertising for them? Just practicing your link posting skills? Trying to waste bandwidth as little as possible one small post at a time?

Sorry just not sure what sort of replies you were wanting to get from your post with so little information

Well, it's a sure bet he was not expecting a snarky little retort like this...

I intended no disrespect. My poor attempt at adding humor while asking what he wanted to know about them.

When I ask a question on here, I can type for an hour describing every possible detail to try and cover any possible question that could be needed to solve my delema. But the great thing about public forums is you will always have at least one person who either didn't bother to read before replying or missed something in the over abundance of information provided and that person will ask something so obvious (either a "why didn't I think of that" or more likely for my point "hey the answer is already spelled out for you") or something so irrelevant. For example I have a post asking about size dimensions/clearance issues in the bed of my truck and before someone could help me they needed/wanted to know weather I had a diesel or gas engine. My thoughts where, that has nothing to do with what I'm asking (totally wrong end of the truck) and two I already told you to check my sig if you had any questions about my truck (his needed answer was already given)

Anyway point being I meant no harm, and some people type a lot (me) and some are minimalists.

I see these on the city buses for securing wheel chairs. I like the option to move them around verses fixed because I always seem to change what I am hauling. I just store my unused tie downs in a large soft tool bag inside the trailer.
