Cleaning Day/Nite Blinds

Hey... tried a search for info... unseccessful... can this style of blinds be cleaned? The blinds are 10+ yrs old... any suggestions appr...

I have them on my Rv and they are worthless! I cut up a car windshield cover and put it in the windows in the bedroom, now it's dark!
