Electrical Issues - connected to shore power or generator

We have a 2015 Bay Hill 340RK. We have a propane Onan generator. We used it last night when we stayed at a truck stop. The outlets on the GFI (near kitchen and bathroom sinks and the microwave wouldn't work. Got to the RV park and plugged in, those outlets and microwave work but now the other side and the bedroom outlets don't work. The generator was installed by manufacturer and dealer.

Any advice appreciated until we can get in touch with the dealer on Monday.

Thanks,
Trudi

Thanks for the advice. Hubby did find the breaker on the generator so that solved the issue of 1/2 of rig not working when generator running. Still had the issue with the other 1/2 not working on shore power. Had RV repair guy out and it is the transfer switch hanging up. All good now.

Did they work before? Have you turned all breakers off firmly to reset and then back on? Also check for breakers on the generator.

Almost sounds like the wiring is wrong in the transfer switch.

Watch your battery voltage is not dropping.

Check all of your GFI's and make sure that every one is set. If any are tripped, then the outlets that are downstream of that GFI will not have any power.

Good luck!
