Folding entry door handle cover

The cheap rubber/foam cover on my main entry door folding handle is comming off. Any body found a good durable cover for the handle. It is 1" diameter and it would be easy to slip a new cover on but I don't know what to use. A Quick internet search reavled nothing. Any suggestions?

Go to a bicycle store and get black handle bar tape....I did this and it worked great.

Find out the name of who made it and they will have the replacement. If it is lending a hand CW will have the replacement.
