Good quality ths

Hi I am looking at about a 40 footer and I have a 2012 chev dually .what I have found is they use OSB board not ply wood on the roof and floor is that good ? Second what is the most common size I don,t want one to big but want to be able to sell it later on.

Who is "They"? I don't know much about wood products but do know that OSB is OK up until the first time it gets wet.
