Anyone know if I can put a hitch/receiver on my trailer that just has a plastic cover over the rear???

Yes, a better description would help, but I'm guessing OP has a rear cap on his FW, with no bumper.

Since the receiver will need to be frame mounted, a bumper is not necessary. A good welding shop/fabricator should be able to fix you up.

There is a piece of what looks to be plastic/whatever on the rear end.
Is there a hitch/receiver that can be made to fit this type rear end that has no exposed metal bumper??

Maybe I'm just dense, but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Maybe you could expand on the question a bit.
