When the water pump comes on in my fiver, the inside 12 volt lights blink as the pump cycles. Anyone have a possible solution to this issue?

I guess it is still one of the batteries being low or a bad cell. But if you know the batteries are good for sure maybe not.

If you are connected to shore power then you need to check the converter DC output AND the battery state of charge

Dimming lights when another DC component is being used usually means battery voltage is down.

Only some of the lights blink...then water pump and that string of lights seem to be feed from same circuit.
Water pump should be on it's OWN DC circuit with separate fuse.

Connected to shore power, batteries ok. ??? Only the interior lights on the road side blink. Street side lights ok.

X2 on the low batteries.

I take it you are not connected to shore power so your converter is not in service.

How are you maintaining charge on batteries?

Sounds like the classic symptoms of low batteries.
