Looking for Bighorn Recessed Lighting Glass Covers

I've posted for help in locating the recessed lighting glass covers for our FW on the Bighorn Owner's Forum, but have not had any luck nor good replies, so I'm posting here. They have an Ask the Factory forum, but it is closed. Dang!

We had one of the glass recessed lighting covers come out during a trip and shatter. I'm trying to locate where to buy them. Anyone here have information?

Thanks.

Same here, complete component, but that's ok because if we need it down the line, we have it. I got a call from Heartland today for payment and it shipped out.

I had the same problem, I went to my local RV Heartland Dealership and they order a glass cover from Heartland, it did come complete with the electrical box and glass, they only did charge me for the glass. $25.00 Canadian. Took 3 weeks to arrive.

I got a reply back from Heartland parts. They have what I need. All they needed from me was the last six numbers of my VIN. Fantastic!

We've contacted them twice over the 9 years we've had our FW and both times they have been very responsive and had what we needed!

Take the light pan out of the ceiling and read the manufactures name on the back. Google is your friend.

2011 to 2019 may as well be 150 years apart the way the RV Industry operates. Even if the distributor who supplied the original fixtures to Heartland is still in business, the chance of them having spare parts available is slim to none. They probably contracted with some Chinese manufacturer at the time to make how ever many fixtures would fill a 20' or 40' container and once those were gone they're gone. The RV manufacturers are notorious for only ordering enough components for a production run, and they do not stock many spare parts. Changing entire fixtures is probably the only option.

Thank you. I checked them and they don't have what I'm looking for. I need just the lens and they have only the complete units - wiring and all.

I got the same suggestion last night from someone on the Heartland User's Forum, so I submitted a request via their website and they require your VIN. I'll let you know what happens.
