Newmar Cypress Slide not retracting

Our 2008 Newmar Cypress master bedroom slide does not retract. It extends fine, the motor runs. We have a rv tech who has requested a wiring schematic which of course I cannot find. We are buying new batteries tomorrow.... anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
