Nose cone/decal protectant

I have seen it on here before and can't remember what it is, what do you recommend for the plastic nose cone and decals as a protectant? Decals are starting to peel slightly, and I want to nip it in the bud before they peel all together.

303 Protectant seems to be the consensus on here. Don't use anything with petroleum distillates.
