Observation camera monitor

On the road I have my TPMS, observation camera and my GPS displays all cluttering the dash. Iโ€™d like to cut things down a little.

My Ford has the built-in monitor and GPS, but Iโ€™m just not happy with the GPS so I use the external.

Thinking the obvious places to move things are the built-in display via the the RCA jacks or by hanging the observation camera display on the mirror.

Anybody think mounting a display on the mirror is a bad idea? Just blocking my view of the front cap anyway. What about an observation camera I can feed to the built-in display?

When I put in a back up camera I used the Boyo VTM43TC 4.3 OE style rear view mirror monitor with compass & temperature. It has two video inputs and either a touch screen control or included remote control.

Some Garmin GPS units have the capability to support a camera. Just sayin'...

I bought a backup camera system from Tadi Brothers and got the rearview Mirror monitor, they have a 7" and a 9". In my class C the rearview mirror gave me a nice view of the bathroom door so useless. The monitor just snaps on to the old mirror so you could take it off easily when not towing.

I bought a rear view mirror that has a built in camera display. It looks like a regular mirror when the camera is off. You cannot tell it has a display built-in. I got it from a car audio installation shop.
