So, our water pump was on, and in the middle of the night the cold water knob on the sink in the front sleeper shot to the ceiling and water was shooting out of it!
So, I turned the water pump off which stopped the geyser going on, and in the morning attempted to repair it. I believe I found all of the pieces, however, once I put it back together, ( I used the hot water side as a demo ) it still does not totally secure the cold water when the pump is on. Since we do leave our pump on I don't want to have to use the pump switch to secure the water.
So my question is this. I don't see a model number or anything on the faucet to find a replacement. Any suggestions?
Or, can the "guts" just be replaced rather than the entire faucet?
Anyone been down this road?
