Pullrite Slider hitch appears to be loose

I just had a Pullrite slider hitch installed on my 2009 F-250. I tow a 42’ Forest River Fifth Wheel. I have towed with it twice already. I just noticed today that when I pull on the release handle that there is a lot of play in the hitch while the hitch is unhooked from the fifth wheel. It’s appears to be secured to the bed of the pickup but it also seems loose. I don’t remember if it had play in it or not after it was installed. Is this normal?? Do I need to take it back to the place where I had it installed?? Please help!!

Yes tighten the bolt on front of hitch till it is fairly hard to turn hitch by hand. I have also added a piece of 1/2” hose to the pins that holds the turn table in place.

There is a large hex bolt that is most likely the source for adjustment

Talk to Pullrite tech support they are very helpful and will send you to a dealer for adjustments if needed. Or tell you what to do.
