I had a 2005 Raptor 3612. Had similar issues and even bent one of mine. They you get them out from the bottom. I watched the guys fix and replace my bent one, but not sure I can walk you through it. I think it was mounted under, but there was something that was holding that was accesible through the LP tank area too.
There was only 1 motor on mine, and I recall it was mounted on the passenger side with a pin that crossed over to the other.
I'll see if I can search the archives in the Toy Hauler forum. There are a few with that era of Raptor over there that might be able to help if they are not out camping. Here is a search of the archives, hopefully you find some helpful ideas.
