Resetting Slide switce power

I have a 2011 Montana with both a wall mounted switch and a remote to opperate slides. The wall mounted switch does not work all of a sudden but the remote does. About 3 yrs ago I had the same issue and a call to Keystone tech suport provided me with the reset procedure.
To late for them, does anyone know the procedure as I have forgotten it.

The Keystone panel is known to be problematic. When this happens on my Cougar I remove all power from the unit, unplug shore power and disconnect the battery. Re-connect and the panel should reset.
