Rubber roof

I have a 2004 everest, my roof looks like new except for a white pouder on top
What do you suggest, cleaning with? Add a protertor?

Timely topic for me. I was up there washing mine yesterday, in prep for laying solar. First time I have cleaned it, since new in 2010. Cleaned up fairly good using RV wash soap, from Walmart, same as we use on the sides. My opinion is to not wash it unless there is a need such as caulking. Every time you scrub it you are cutting life span. Tree sap is the biggest pain to clean.

Once a year I clean mine off with a soft brush and I use Simple Green in preparation to apply Dicor Lap Sealant. Not necessary but things get dirty up there.

I agree. the more you scrub, the more you wear off.

Sounds to me like normal weathering. Car wash soap and a soft brush or rag to clean off the dirt and powder. Follow with one of the rubber roof sprays.
