I am in the process of installing my B&W companion hitch. My fifth wheel has a pin height of 47-48 in at level. I'm not sure which hole to use for the pivot arms. This is going on a stock 2011 F250 SD diesel long box. Does anyone using this hitch on that same truck have any feedback?
