Surveyor 299RLOK thoughts?

We have looked at TONS of fivers in the 9000-11000 dry weight range, from the surveyor at about $40k to $65k-ish Cedar Creeks and Montanas.

I can tell a noticeable difference, that the CC and Montana look/feel like much nicer campers - but are they worth the $$? (Million dollar, loaded question, I know)

With finances very much coming in to play, I'm curious about the groups thoughts on them - from our wish list, the Surveyor actually checks all of the boxes including some the more expensive ones don't.

I'm just a little concerned about build quality - I mean, I'm sure there is a reason for the big price difference, but for us, camping maybe 10 times per year, (last year was 10 trips, about 27 nights) - maybe I'm over thinking it...

The surveyor is also considerably lighter, so easier to tow, even with my 2500 6.7CTD.
Thoughts?

To me the build quality is the same, because the same people put them together. The price difference is in the materials they use.
